Glow Bootie is a wind- and waterproof shoe cover with brushed inside that protects your feet in cold and wet conditions. All seams are covered with waterproof tape on the inside for optimal water protection. Comes with reflective print, elastic neoprene cuffs, Kevlar reinforcements at heel and nose, and durable 3/4-zipper at the side of the heel.
