    What is Craft Sportswear?
    We are a Sportsbrand from Sweden. Specialists in performing fabrics and clothing. Choose Craft for your ultimate workout experience. As we say it, we are for the everyday heroes.

    We are very happy about all the inquiries we get regarding collaborations, and of course we wish we could say yes to everyone. To send us a request for cooperation, please click on "Collaborations" at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions.

  • Order and Delivery

    How do I know if my order has been processed?
    Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. And once you receive a delivery confirmation email, you know that your order has been processed and is on its way to you.

    What emails will I receive that update my order?
    When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been handled and sent from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

    How do I track my order?
    As soon as your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking link. Via that link you can track your order. You can also use the package number in the email and manually search for your delivery on UPS's website or app. If you don’t receive an email or if the tracking link doesn’t work, you are always welcome to contact our customer service for assistance.

    How long does it take to to get my order?
    During regular season it takes between 2-5 days depending on where we ship the order. Look at your shipping confirmation e-mail for more detailed information and tracking information.

    How much does the shipping cost?
    Your shipping cost 5€ or 50 DKK for standard shipping when you shop for less than 50€ or 500 DKK. For orders above we offer you complimentary shipping.

    Can I change or cancel my order when shopping at craftsportswear.com?
    No, unfortunately we cannot alter your order when it's completed. Please contact our customer service and we will try to help you out as good as possible.

    Will my order be charged by sales tax or import fees?
    When living in the EU all prices are including VAT and no extra charges or import fees will be added.

    Which countries do you deliver to?
    We ship to all countries within the EU.

    What should I do if I have not received my package?
    We always strive for you to receive your order within 2-5 working days. Keep track of your order via the tracking link you received in the delivery confirmation email. If you have received a tracking link but don’t receive your order and get no updates on where your package is, contact your local UPS and refer to the package number that is in your delivery confirmation email. If, on the other hand, you don’t receive a delivery confirmation email from Craft within 2-5 working days, you are welcome to contact our customer service for assistance.

  • Payment

    What payment methods do you offer?
    We offer secure payments via our payment provider Adyen. You can choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a few other local payment options depending on where you live.

    I have a discount code, where do I enter this?
    Enter your code in the checkout under the field "Discount Code".

    Is my payment information secure?
    We offer secure payment through encrypted payment solutions provided by Adyen. The payment methods available may vary depending on which country you are shopping from/to.

    Do you store my payment details?
    No, Craft Sportswear does not receive or store any payment information. This is handled directly by our payment provider.

    When will the payment for my order be deducted?
    The money will be reserved at order approval but will not be deducted until your order leaves our warehouse. If you pay with any local payment method, lead time may vary.

    Can I pay with a gift card at craftsportswear.com?
    At present, we offer no purchase of gift cards and thus also no payment with gift cards.

  • Exchange & Returns

    How do I return my items?

    Go to our return portal and follow the instructions.
    There, you enter the email address used at the time of purchase as well as your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation. Follow all steps where you select RETURN, choose which products you want to return, select the shipping carrier, and decide whether you want to return using a QR code or print a return label.
    You will receive an email with your selected return option.


    How long does it take to receive my refund?

    We will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we have registered your return. The refund will be made to the same account used at the time of purchase.
    If you have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive an updated and adjusted invoice as soon as we have processed your return.


    Klarna – how does returning work?

    If you selected invoice as your payment method and return part of your order, you will receive an updated invoice once the return has been processed. If you return your entire order, the invoice will be cancelled.
    If you have already paid your invoice, you need to contact Klarna, who will handle the refund.
    If you paid by card or bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account that was charged at the time of purchase.


    Can I return sale items?

    Yes, the right of withdrawal and open purchase apply to sale items for 30 days as well.


    How do I make an exchange?

    Go to our return portal and follow the instructions.
    There, you enter the email address used at the time of purchase as well as your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation. Follow all steps where you first select EXCHANGE, and then choose the product(s) you wish to exchange for a different size or color.
    If the size or color you want is not available, it means the item is out of stock. If you prefer a refund instead, go back and select return.


    What applies to defective or damaged items?

    If you return an item that you consider to be defective, we will inspect the item and—if we agree that it is defective—either repair the item, replace it, or refund the purchase price.


    What should I do if I received the wrong item?

    You have the right to return a product that, upon delivery, is incorrect or does not match your order.
    If you receive an incorrect product, you must contact us and notify us of the issue as soon as possible, but no later than within two months from when you discovered (or should have discovered) the issue.


    How much does it cost to return items?

    Returns are completely free of charge with us. We cover the return shipping costs. This naturally also applies to exchanges.


    How long do I have to return an order?

    At Craft, we naturally want you to be completely satisfied with your products. That’s why we always offer a 30-day open purchase and right of withdrawal.
    The only requirement is that the item is returned in its original condition and has not been used. Always include the original packaging and any accompanying accessories.

    How should I wash my Craft clothes?
    Follow the care instruction inside the item. Always wash polyester with other polyester garments and don't use a softener when washing. Read more under Care Instructions under Customer Service at the bottom of this page.

    Where do you produce your garments?
    We design all items in Sweden and produce our garments throughout the world in carefully selected locations.

    Where is your warehouse located?
    Orders placed on the Website are sent from Craft’s warehouse in Ulricehamn, Sweden.

    How do you work with sustainability?
    We work hard to minimize our environmental footprint. Please read more about how we work with sustainability under Sustainability under About Craft at the bottom of this page.

    Is Craft’s merino wool mulesing-free?
    Yes! All our wool products are made of mulesing-free wool, where no animals are injured in the process.

    What does CORE, ADV, PRO and CTM stand for?
    Through our close collaborations with athletes at all levels, we have gained a thorough understanding of how the needs and demands varies from person to person – and we develop our products accordingly. Our development processes are never left to chance, every product is developed to fill a specific purpose for a specific type of athlete, and in accordance with a clear assortment strategy.
