  • There are input fields with inadequate or missing descriptions of the expected input type.

  • There are input fields with too many label elements

  • There are inconsistencies in the heading element hierarchy

  • There are no elements or ARIA attributes to communicate when the checkout is updated.

Problems for users with motor impairments

  • Missing focus indicators make it difficult for users navigating via keyboard to know where they are on the page.

  • Some links and buttons have insufficient target areas.

  • There are expandable content that cannot be navigated to using a keyboard.

Problem for users with cognitive impairment or neurodiversity

  • There is video and animated content that cannot be paused or stopped.

Problems for users with visual, motor or cognitive impairments

  • Modals lack focus trapping, which makes it difficult to navigate into the open modal using a keyboard.

  • There are expandable elements and modals that cannot be closed using keyboard navigation.

  • Some links and buttons lack recognisable text.

  • There are color selections for products that leads to the product page where the focus should land on the current color selection.
