We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Craft. However, if something isn’t quite right, you of course have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • How do I make a return?

    To start the return process, enter the email address used for the purchase and your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation. Follow the steps by selecting RETURN, choosing which products you wish to return, which shipping carrier you’d like to use, and whether you prefer to return with a QR code or by printing a return label. You’ll then receive an email with the details of your selected return option.

  • How do I make a claim?

    To start a claim, enter the email address used for the purchase and your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation. Follow the steps by selecting CLAIM, the product you wish to report, and the reason for your claim. Choose your preferred shipping carrier and whether to return with a QR code or a printed return label. You’ll find more information about claims further down this page.

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return your item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, including any accessories that came with it.

  • Does it cost anything to return an item?

    No, returns are completely free of charge. We cover the return shipping cost — this also applies to exchanges.

  • Can I exchange for another size or color?

    We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or color, you will need to make a return and then place a new order for the desired product.

    Once the return has been registered, you can place a new order for the correct size or color in the webshop.

    If you used a discount code at the time of purchase and need to change size or color, please contact our customer service and we will assist you.

  • Refunds

    ·  If you chose invoice as your payment method and return part of your order, you’ll receive an updated invoice once your return has been processed. If you return your entire order, the invoice will be canceled.

    ·  If you paid by card or bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account used at the time of purchase.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    As soon as we have received and approved your return, we’ll issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. This usually takes 5–7 business days.

We accept returns if:

·  The product has not been used or washed and is returned complete, in its original undamaged packaging with all tags attached. ·  For underwear purchases, the seal (the plastic packaging) must not be broken for the return to be accepted. ·  Unless otherwise stated, you may try on our products to check the fit — but they must not be used. ·  You have kept the proof of postage in case the return is lost in transit. ·  To enable a possible return, you must be able to provide proof of purchase. Craft therefore recommends keeping your order confirmation and payment reference as proof of purchase. ·  From November 15, we offer an extended return period until January 15.

Defects caused by normal wear and tear are not covered. To enable a claim, you must be able to provide proof of purchase.
