I am male, 180cm, 90kg and run about 40km per week.
Love the shoe. Very comfortable as well as being supportive. Felt fast.
My first shoe from craft sportswear, have just ordered more. Best shoe I have tried.
I took a look at the shoe and then ordered a pair.
Running 40-60 km. I'm so happy I ordered another one right away. Great cushioning and a great rolling motion. 👏👏👏👍🤩
Ordered the NORDLITE Speed and Tempo. Tempo for all day runs and the Speed v competitions. I am very happy with the Tempo. I would take a ½ size bigger. But I really have to get used to the Speed. Narrow in the nose and fits smaller, I would definitely take a whole size (or more) bigger. Had a half marathon 3 weeks ago, I felt like I was running in clogs. Wanted to get out after 12-15 km because of cramps in my feet/toes. Still continued. Had already taken a ½ size bigger, but still ended up with 2 blue toenails. I still have to get used to it!!
A very lightweight road running shoe, excellent rolling characteristics (from the outside to the inside of the big toe), and very good cushioning... Conclusion! There's nothing left to do but run fast.
Definitely a good shoe for faster tempo runs and competitions. I have completed both 10km and half marathons in the shoes which take good care of my feet while being really stiff in the sole and giving a good push in my stride. Worth mentioning is the insole which is really really comfortable for my feet.
I had to return these shoes because they were too small...I usually use the cm measurement for shoes but apparently it is also different for different shoe brands...
+Stable, good grip and wide over the forefoot. -Midsole. Stiff and lifeless. No pop or forward propulsion. Feel nothing of the plate. Gives no joy of running. -Fit. Loose over the midfoot and the heel cap is the worst. Around the mile it gnaws at the Achilles tendon.
Was looking for a carbon fiber shoe that can handle most things (except technical trail), for me equivalent to Adios Pro3/Endorphin Pro4/Boston12. Nordlite Speed is unfortunately far from that. Jumped 60k in them, and it won't get any more. Will be used for strength training at the gym, for me it is useless as a running shoe.
The model can develop and become good - if the investment in shoes holds up. Craft are newcomers to shoes, so you have to have a little patience. Seems promising, but the competition is tough today. I only run and ski in Craft clothing, and there I am always satisfied!
The shoes run a little big, but that's fine for long runs. Otherwise, they're a blast and give you a tremendous amount of propulsion. The next pair is in the planning stages.
Comfortable shoe with a wide toe box.
Light, stylish and fast. Nothing to complain about, maybe they are a little small in size. So you are on the verge of taking the larger ones, but it is really marginal.
