How it works
The lifetime guarantee includes all baselayers from the AW 2022 collection and onwards.
To redeem, fill out the exchange request on our website before sending your garment to Craft.
After inspection, Craft sends you a new or similar garment in exchange for the faulty garment.
Baselayer Lifetime Guarantee
The lifetime guarantee includes all Craft baselayers purchased from the 222 fall/winter season onwards, excluding excessive wear and tear due to either of the following:nnn• Misuse, abuse, improper care and washing n• Accidents or damage from pets, sharp objects etcn• Damage due to fire, flood, or natural disasters n• Contaminated, soiled or dirty garment until properly cleaned n• Products with missing labelnnnReturn optionsnnTo exchange a faulty baselayer purchased from our online store or one of our retailers, please download the return form here or contact us at customercare@craftsportswear.com. After receiving the exhange document, fill it out and send it to us along with proof of purchase and the faulty garment. Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.n
