Great material, keeps you warm, tight fit while remaining flexible/stretchy. And: looks feminine/cute, it is centered but not wide on the hips as often is the case.
This jacket is the end point of a very long journey (buying 10+ jackets in multiple sizes and returning them, disappointment after disappointment - called "looking for a warm functional jacket that will fit a tall, slender person with extremely long arms". I am 1.84 tall with small hips/waist and slightly broader shoulders. Women size L is always far too wide, M is almost always too short (and often still too wide).
The Craft ADV Explore Hybrid has a tight/slim fit without being short, much to my delight the M is just right. With my extremely long arms I could still use a cm extra on the sleeves but for running it is fine and the sleeves nicely stay in place due to the elastic band.
I'd say this is a jacket for those with a more slender body type, but the L would still fit a woman who is slightly bigger (not taller): I compared and it is just the width that is different, in L the length (of body and sleeves) is barely different from the M.
