In this role as a Creative lead within Craft’s international marketing team, we look for someone who preferably has experience as an Art Director. You are responsible for developing campaigns and marketing materials, leading the creative process from start to finish, partly together with colleagues at Craft and partly through external producers. You work both strategically and tactically and maintain continuous contact with local marketing teams in Craft’s focus markets. The role carries overarching creative responsibility for Craft’s three main business areas: Club, Corporate, and Retail, meaning you ensure a cohesive visual identity and communication across all parts of the organization.
Job Description
• Lead and develop CRAFT’s visual identity through strategic and conceptual design solutions.
• Drive and develop creative campaign concepts for Club, Corporate, and Retail in close collaboration with the creative team and external partners.
• Plan, lead, and produce campaign materials for focus products and brand-building initiatives within the three business areas.
• Ensure high and consistent quality in all marketing materials, both digital and print.
• Oversee and guide junior designers and art directors to ensure all communication units are on-brand and of high quality.
• Work closely with the .com department to create a cohesive visual customer journey from awareness to purchase.
• Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, and other creatives to ensure strong and cohesive storytelling.
• Manage production and delivery of marketing materials for global and local markets.
• Participate in and lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and solutions.

This role requires someone with solid experience in art direction, strong strategic understanding, and the ability to drive creative projects from idea to execution. You should have at least 5–7 years of experience in a similar role and a strong interest in running and fashion.
